Zufaa Inc. is a New York company. We run a neighborhood store ourselves, so we know what a busy day at the counter looks like: EBT and card payments, deliveries to check in, staff clocking in and out, and bills to keep track of.
That is why we built Store Manager. It replaces piles of paper, spreadsheets and guesswork with one easy system that works on a computer, a tablet at the counter, or a phone.
Store Manager, in six parts
Every person on the team logs in with their own username and only sees the parts of the system their job needs.
Checkout
Barcode scanning with a scanner or phone camera, EBT split payments, deals, discounts and receipts.
Inventory
Live stock levels, low-stock alerts, product photos, and tracking of damaged, expired or lost items.
Time clock
Staff clock in and out with a PIN. Time is counted fairly in 15-minute units.
Payroll
Hours, overtime and payments calculated for each pay period.
Bank & expenses
Bank statement imports, utilities, rent and every bill in one list.
Reports
Profit and loss, sales, sales tax and losses, filtered by any date range.

Groceries, snacks, cold drinks and everyday essentials, with friendly service. Store Manager runs here every day.
