This policy explains how the Store Manager app and website handle information. Store Manager is published by Zufaa Inc. and is used to run U & A Mini Mart LLC. In this policy, "we" means these companies.

Who uses the app

Store Manager is for our owners, managers and employees only. It is not offered to the public and is protected by a password.

Information we keep

Employee details: name, title, position, phone number, hourly rate, start date and clock-in and clock-out times. Time clock PINs and login passwords are stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form.

Store records: products, prices, photos of products and register reports, sales totals, expenses, bank transactions and payroll payments.

We do not collect card numbers or customers' personal information in the app. Card payments are handled by our payment provider's own terminal.

How we use it

Only to run the store: tracking hours and pay, managing stock, keeping our books and meeting tax and labor record rules.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent any information. We may share records with our accountant, bank, or government agencies when the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on our website server with our hosting provider and is only available to signed-in team members. We keep records as long as needed for business, tax and labor law purposes.

Your choices

Employees can ask to see or correct their information by contacting the store owner.
